Welcome to the Ge Lab!

Research interests in the Ge lab involve a variety of botanical subjects including conservation genetics, molecular phylogeny and evolution, phylogeography and speciation, and evolutionary genomics. Our recent research focuses on molecular phylogeny of the rice genus (Oryza) and its relatives and population genetics of wild rice species. We have a particular interest in the genetic basis of adaptation and speciation of the Oryza species as well as the domestication of rice.

I appreciate your exploration on our web page and hope you enjoy what you find. If you have any question about the research or opportunities in the Ge lab, please email me at
gate io scam.
